1. Services
The Vybe Studio provides digital marketing services including (but not limited to) social media management, content creation, advertising, marketing automation, email marketing, and SEO. All services will be delivered as agreed in the scope of work, proposal, or contract provided to the client.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all payments for services must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice. Work will begin once the agreed deposit or full payment is received. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, and materials needed for the project. Delays in providing necessary input may affect deadlines and outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, designs, and strategies created by The Vybe Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, rights to final deliverables (excluding stock materials and software) are transferred to the client.
5. Use of Portfolio
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects, in whole or in part, in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver the best possible results, The Vybe Studio cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exact increases in sales or engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms or tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software). The Vybe Studio is not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes in functionality from these providers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, regardless of where the client is located.
9. Changes to Terms
The Vybe Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
